Martinique: a tropical destination on sale

A few weeks ago the island of Martinique suffered a tremendous strike that closed trade and tourism completely. Most tourists marched from this Caribbean island and very few have returned during the last weeks.

As well; when the sun just rises after the storm, things are seen with a much more optimistic prism. The tourist offices in Martinique, as well as the hotels of the island, seek to wash their image to receive new customers and with that the prices are reduced.
