What began as a personal project of four friends, who gradually joined, has grown in such a way that, sincerely, it has overwhelmed us. We do not give more of each other, stealing hours to other jobs (much better paid), to be with our children (those who have them), or with our girlfriends (although now neither of us are single).

“Adventures, getaways and ideas for travel distributed in 3,678 articles and 13,385 comments from 2005 to today” they don't write alone, they don't spread alone, they don't count alone.

And everything that the reader does not see, the notebooks in which we tick data and dates, the voice recordings in the mobile of tourist guides telling anecdotes, the pauses to take pictures with the camera, with the phone, to process them, to review what we write so that the names and information are correct, the layout in WordPress (first in Blogspot) before it is published.

And after publishing it, it's time to promote it on social networks.

And to think about the following article.

All this between trips or, in the solitude of a luxurious hotel room, in which you do not spend more than eight hours, starting minutes at night while typing feverishly.

We started this project as four - relative - youngsters, but the tension, the stress, the responsibility before our readers, is taking a very high toll on our health and in our life.

Therefore, we have to leave the blog frozen in time since the last post, which will be published on December 31, 2016.

Gone are innocent moments, like that first post in June 2005 where Quique was excited about his impending 6-month adventure through Asia.

Or the shock that was supposed to Sergi, writing his first post in August 2007, stepping on one of the cursed and blessed destinations par excellence, India.
